Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

Central. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, & a very large mall with all the famous international brands. Our room was exceptional - huge with sweeping views over the city & the surrounding mountains. The bed & bedding was blissfully comfortable. Our stay at the five-star Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago was outstanding, marked by an expansive, well-equipped room, excellent facilities, and stellar staff. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality, and the prime location facilitated both work commitments and leisure explorations. The staff really went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, so much so it felt like home by the time I left. My room was incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was superb. Great location with many museums, galleries and places of interest easily walkable. Also very close to public transport should you want this.

    This is a very unique, eclectic property with Cottages that mimic Hippie Caravans and wine barrels. The grounds are sprawling with a pool, open air bar and restaurant and optional spa, hot tubs, etc. The owner and his staff were very helpful as we don't speak the language. There are resident dogs on the property that are very affectionate, but the beagle is quite vocal (barking). The bed was very comfortable in our cottage and we really enjoyed our stay.

    The hotel had a great location. La Providencia is a great area to stay in Santiago. There were plenty of options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Rooms were big and clean. Can definitely recommend staying here!

    Nobody I know likes Santiago or feels safe in Santiago.

    Nobody I know likes Santiago or feels safe in Santiago. In my opinion, there is nothing to do in Santiago. Lastarria is a fun spot to stay. If you can get a view of the mountains that is a good thing. Uber is very expensive.

    Santiago is an amazing city.

    Santiago is an amazing city. And if you are a skier or snowboarder, this is an excellent place to come. if you stay in the Los Condes area, you are right at the base of the Andes and have access to several snow resorts, such as La Parva, and Valle Nevado. There's also a lot of activities, shopping, and dinning options all around. Vina del Mar and the Chilean wine country are also within a relatively short distance. Santoago Chile is well worth the trip, and a low budget option at that, as it is lower-cost option than other snow destination in South America. Keep in mind that there are earthquakes here, and the fact that the snow season here (June to October) is reverse of what it is on the Northern hemisphere.

    We were only in Santiago for 1 night. I would like to stay a few days to explore the sites in the future. We only speak English so it would be good to learn some Spanish. We ate in the food court in the shopping centre.
