I loved that I received an email from the property with one day before arrival with everything I need to know to get at the hotel. The hotel staff was very professional, the breakfast was healthy and tasty, the room was very comfy. The hotel has a very good location near to the centre. The bus station to the train station is in front of the building. Overall, it was an amazing experience! For sure, next time I’ll pick the same accommodation!

Great location right beside most museums. Hotel rooms are great, very big, and spacious. It also has a fridge to store food and tap for water. The hotel has an option to take electric bikes and also an electric car you must book in advance. We took.the bikes and cycled to france and germany, which was only about 15 minutes away but a great extra.. Also you get a free basel card when you arrive which includes the bus back to the airport. Also, a handy tip if you're flying, don't pay for the bus into basel your hotel booking reference for any hotel counts as your bus ticket.
