A charming town with a compact and walkable center.
A charming town with a compact and walkable center. Many good restaurants are available. It's a great basee for exploring Les Cantons d'Est. We were there during high autumn colors and profitted by mostly sunny and warm weather.Guest review by52EtienneUnited States - 6.0

I have family ties to the town, so it has some sentimental value to myself. I traveled up with 6 of my close friends and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. Even with the language barrier we were able to get around and most of the locals were helpful in talking with us. The scenery and lake are beautiful, not to mention how clear the night sky is. Plenty to do around town to keep yourself busy and amazing food. Highly recommend anyone to take a long weekend at least and experience the town for yourself!Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

This area Lac Brome is a very picturesque area, the people are very friendly and there are lots of very interesting quaint little novelty shops in town to visit. It’s a very scenic little town with a lot of charm appeal because the people are very friendly and laid back, nobody seems to be stressed out and down to earth, it kinda has the feeling of Mayberry from the Andy Griffith show, makes you appreciate the fact that there are still small towns like this in existence.Guest review byAnonymousCanada - 10.0
Great place for walking and hiking. Tons of trails.
Great place for walking and hiking. Tons of trails. The view is breathtaking in the fall. The fall harvest festival keeps the town hopping on weekends. So allow yourself extra time to drive through. Make sure to include My Sutton and Chateau St Agnes if open to the public (sometimes closed for private eventsGuest review bycherylCanada - 10.0

The clean condo was bright, large ,and had all amenities one would need for a stay. We explored the area with a car which is necessary but places were close by. Great ciders, cheese farmers and pubs! Vespers at the Abbey with Gregorian chant was a bonus find.Guest review byAnonymousCanada - 8.0

Convenient to restaurants and shopping and the surrounding region of the Eastern townships. Most restaurants close early in the evening and many are presently closed Mon-Wed which limits your dining out options.Guest review byAnthonyCanada
