Management and staff were the best, very welcoming, helpful and friendly, any concerns we had were soughted promptly. Our room was very clean and warm and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The restaurant food was delicious. The new owners have done some amazing renovations since I was there in 2022 snow season. Love the new cafe opening out to Bourke Street and the pool table area. And off course the location is 10/10. Great place for families to stay, can't wait to stay there next year.

After spending the day skiing, guests can return to the warmth of Mt Buller Chalet Hotel & Suites and enjoy a drink at the bar followed by a meal at Black Cockatoo Restaurant. Free WiFi is available.

An absolutely perfect ski apartment with a convenient location, especially close to the ski school. The apartment is equipped with everything a family could need, and the host is truly wonderful. We hope to be able to book this apartment every ski season.

All good. Nice location if you plan to reach Mt Buller and stay a while. Also very nice view close to a beautiful river. Restaurant is just in front of the property.

Everything was as expected. Clean very comfortable bed and really warm after a day on the slopes. Dinner was excellent. Staff were really friendly couldn’t fault it

The host Stuart was absolutely amazing, took care of us and was always very helpful! The location was great, a second away from the lifts. Clean and nice and warm rooms.

It was a pleasure stay at The Banff Apartment at Pension Grimus Hotel. Since our checked in, The Receptionist who was young Lady was very friendly, helpful and provides a professional service to us. The restaurant is the best, the whole team of it deserves 5 stars recommendation. The apartment complete with kitchen, washing machine and dryer and fire place. It was neat, tidy and clean. The location is just door to door to Ski lift. The hotel is very recommendable for winter family holiday on Mt. Buller.
