Our stay at the Cantonal Hotel was exceptional. We truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the Saudis. The room was perfectly sized, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety and quality. The entire staff was amazing— the waiting team was polite and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Rania, the manager, was incredibly helpful, as were Mona and Ibrahim, who checked us in and out seamlessly. We also used the hotel car service, and Rajia, our driver, was excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience.

We had an amazing family stay at Elaf Taqwa Hotel. It is a beautiful and very comfortable hotel, perfectly located near the Haram, close to the Green Dome, and not far from the Rawda entrance. The hotel overlooks a stunning square and is conveniently near all the shops. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes.

The hotel exceeded expectations, with exceptionally supportive, cooperative, and friendly staff who made our stay truly memorable. In the restaurant, Suleman and Sohail stood out as outstanding team members. They treated guests like family, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere. At the reception, Al Hassan and Abdul Aziz greeted us with cheerful smiles and went above and beyond to provide comprehensive support. Every staff member, from housekeeping to the restaurant team and those at the entrance, demonstrated remarkable dedication and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay. A special highlight: they generously provided us with complimentary dinner for four days during our visit :)

    My favourite places in Al Madinah were Masjid Quba and Masjid Al-Qiblatayn, both very peaceful and spiritually uplifting. I enjoyed a variety of foods during my stay, including pizza, burgers, wraps, and biryani. The options were delicious and convenient. It was quite easy to move around Al Madinah as I mainly used Uber taxis, which were comfortable and reliable. For families with young children, one of the best things is the availability of Halal food everywhere, making meals stress-free and enjoyable for everyone.

    Riyadh impressed me with its striking modern skyline, vibrant cultural landmarks, and rich history. The city is well-organized, with convenient transport and plenty of shopping and dining options. I found the people to be welcoming and helpful, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. Overall, Riyadh offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity that is worth experiencing.

    We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

    A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

    I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

    I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

    I wouldn't rate it 5 star hotel at all. 3 star is good for them outside swimming pool 24 hours dirty inside swimming pool only as they saying open only weekend! breakfast u must wait in line for 1 hour to get inside! there are no facility for kids , only kids club and not worth it at all.

    Wonderful place to visit. More religious and quiet area. Airports are very smooth, and several car rental options are there. Try not to miss any turns while driving to avoid delay in travelling. The city is getting developed and more building and facilities are coming up. The climate is good due to the elevation of the city.

    The city is amazing, and modern.

    The city is amazing, and modern. I thought that there would be more traffic, but my rides were smooth. I went in the summer it was kinda hot in the noon and the afternoon, but the weather at night hit in the right spot. There are services everywhere, and people there are open-minded. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMNEND.
