As a mother of three, it’s incredibly important for me to feel safe, comfortable, and at home – and that’s exactly what we found at Nama Suites. The host was absolutely exceptional – always available, kind, and willing to help with anything we needed. No matter what it was, he was there for us. We truly felt supported every step of the way. The apartment was spotlessly clean, brand new, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything a family might need. It’s located in a peaceful part of Hersonissos, away from noise but still perfectly positioned – close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Whether you’re a family, a couple, or traveling with friends – this place suits all types of travelers. Highly recommended! If you're looking for a clean, modern, and safe place with a host who treats you like a friend – Nama Suites is the place to be.

The room was spotless and very comfortable The waterpark was excellent for kids and adults, there's an adult only pool there that's not really adult only but it's still quieter than the other pools! Evening entertainment was ok, we didn't really stay for much of it, kids are a bit older so they weren't really interested... Seemed like others enjoyed it! We won the full house on the bingo, I got a 20min massage, jet boat experience, a day's car hire and loads of other wee goodies!

The hotel is so nice. Everything is new, stuff is great, breakfast also. And the most important thing the hotel is really clean. I'm usually a freak when it comes to cleaning and 95% of time I'm not really happy with cleanliness of the hotels but for this one I can really say that iz was 10/10.

Everything was perfect from the very beginning: staff very polite, met us with welcome homemade lemonade, very good apartment with kids with separate room, cleaning staff also very polite and did very good job every day, very comfortable beds and pillows. Good selection of breakfast, also drinks, snacks and food. Pool was big and amazing, nice view to mountains. Efcharisto to all the members: Andriana, Ari, Maria, Aleksandra, Johnny and all others ;) perfect stay and we will come back ;)

Peaceful and relax place Place not too busy for us - the swimming pool is clean The manager has welcomed us kindly and she is really nice, always smiling and helping you if you have any questions. We appreciated her attention and she also offered a lil raki at the end of our trip. Not too far from any services if you need, 10mtes walk to Malia city center. I would recommend the place if you wanna chill out. Dinner and breakfast are ok, you’ve got choices and plates are well-served.

We spent one week at the Riviera Boutique Hotel. It was an exceptional time for us, the hotel is incredible, quite new, very clean and cosy. The location is perfect, by the beach, very close to the "city center". The pool area ia also very nice and well-kept. The room was cleaned each day. The sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge for the hotel guests. Two things should be emphasized mostly, the food, including breakfast and the staff, that was amazing. The Guys from the hotel did a great job, they were very helpful and friendly. We will come back !
