Nice hotel and connected to a convenient outdoor car park. Short ride from Bournemouth airport. We had a spacious room for 3 with an extra roll out bed. Pillows were comfortable. Lobby is connected to Starbucks and a sports restaurant which served good food.

The facilities are amazing. I only wished we'd stayed longer to take advantage. Very well located near the beach. Good sized room with a kettle and nice ensuite. Very friendly staff who were able to direct me to the best local pub to watch the finale of the Premier League.

Good location, also near the beach. There's not much parking on site, but they're able to get you a parkingspot if you reserve in time. Staff is very supportive, they'll help you with whatever you ask. The beds are perfect. Slept better there than in my own bed haha Swimming pool seemed bigger in the pictures, but perfect temperature and perfect to relax after a long day. But, who needs it when close to the beach anyway! It's a nice extra to the stay.

Staff was very helpful and nice, room was clean, with towels and toiletries and clean bed sheets. Indoor swimming pool was very good, we were also able to use outdoor pool from the neighbour hotel.

Hotel is situated close to shops, restaurants. cafes and beachfront. We enjoyed the leisure facility- swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was rather wet and windy outdoors so it was nice to come in out of the weather, and get some nice exercise indoors

Excellent location on cliffs above the sea front - around 5-7 min walk from the main pier, also walking distance from the train station (~20 min), so no need for a taxi or coach. Friendly and polite staff. Residents can visit the outdoor swimming pool at the neighbouring hotel, but also there are facilities available inside - indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, receptionists provide towels.

Location of both hotels is great right next to the beachfront. The beds at East Cliff were comfortable . Some of the staff seemed polite and helpful although there was no apology for the inconvenience caused . We could still use the facilities at the Carlton Hotel that we originally paid for like swimming pools both indoor and outdoors, gym, sauna , steam room . The restaurant area by the Carlton Hotel was clean and have friendly staff .
