If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure! He organised a great walking and jeep safari. He collected us from the bus and dropped us back. Room was comfortable and there was a hot shower. Mosquito nets above the bed which are needed. For the price, it is honestly great.

The owner, Mr. Suraj, runs the property professionally and with utmost hospitality. He also helped planning a variety of activities during my stay in Sauraha : jungle walk and jeep safari. The evening was filled with a Tharu dance cultural program whose venue is right next to the hotel. It was a memorable and pleasant stay for me in Sauraha.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Their team was welcoming and our guide Sooraz very knowledgeable about the jungle in Chitwan National park. He arranged a walking safari that was a highlight of my trip. The food was delicious and accommodation comfortable. Great place to meet people and enjoy time outside!

El Green Mansion Jungle Resort se encuentra en Chitwan, a 200 metros del parque de elefantes y el parque nacional de Chitwan. Hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Loved the bath tub!! The pool area was very relaxing. The gardens were also nicely kept and manicured. All the staff were friendly and the food was exceptional.

We had an amazing time and felt like at home at Sapana Lodge. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location is great and we could see the elephants just from the hotel terrace. The food is super tasty and fresh. The hotel offers lots of activities, and we tried walking tour and jeep safari, and we could spot many animals during the tour. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful, would love to stay longer.
