You don't spend much time inside anyway. It's fully equipped and had a balcony with a stunning view over the mountain. The outside courtyard is super nice and you can enjoy the sun until pretty late in the evening. All guests are greeting each other as it's a small place, which is also nice to meet other fellow travellers. There are many hiking path starting straight from the village to reach cinque terre.
