The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, with views that were absolutely breathtaking — especially while relaxing by the pool. The food was simply outstanding: every meal was delicious, authentic, and prepared with so much love. Fabio and the team created such a special experience for us, and we are so grateful for their kindness and care. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories, and we are already dreaming about coming back again soon.

There were restaurants, coffee shops all around, as well as the central piazza. We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!

Very nice design. It was new but still with old soul (especially ceilings). It was well equipped - coffee machine and some sweet Italian breakfast kit. Very comfortable bed. Nice and friendly host with good contact.
