(Summer holiday). Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

On the sunny plateau of Melchsee-Frutt in the Swiss Alps, 1,920 meters above sea level, this hotel features a spa and an open-air lounge with mountain views. Stöckalp SMF Ski Lift is 150 metres away. We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

Este hotel de 3 estrellas de estilo rústico se encuentra en una zona idílica, tranquila y soleada a las afueras de la localidad. Todo, desde las instalaciones, la atención de cada uno, se esmeran por qué los huéspedes se sientan cómodos, los paisajes son increíbles, 100% recomendado, el desayuno es variado y muy satisfactorio, la estación de café es algo muy poco común en otros lugares así que encontrarlo en Garni ha sido fenomenal, los parques naturales están cerca y los senderos son hermosos, gracias por todo 🙂, espero volver en una siguiente visita a Suiza

El personal es extremadamente amable.

Just a short walk away from train station and next to Coop. The host very responsive and they even left us a welcoming gift at the property. What a gesture! The room is big enough for us as family of 3, with fully equipped kitchen and even extra blanket. We had the best time there.
