I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Facilities at this design hotel include a gym. The hotel is in one of the main streets in Andorra la Vella. There is easy access to the shops and ski slopes Location was great. Food was perfect especially the fresh orange juice was just refreshing. Staff were really nice.

Clean large room and bathroom with balcony and view. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Spa was great. The indoor heated pool and steam and sauna was great with view. Lovely bed linen.

I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Plenty of room, very comfortable for our family of five. Close to the ski lift, which was why we were here. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We had a ski injury :-( but they could not have been more helpful.

Located in the heart of Andorra, Escaldes-Engordany is set in the Madriu Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Engolasters Lake is only 7 km from the property. The ski resorts of Gran Valira and Vallnord can be found within 30 minutes’ drive. The location is great, 15-20 min on foot to downtown Andorra la Vella. The covered garage is just downstairs - just be attentive to traffic as you back out. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided valuable tips. They even prepared a protective sofa blanket and food+water bowls for our dog! Our room with terrace was overlooking the river - which provides a soothing background noise (not at all audible if you're so inclined, thanks to the good soundproof double glazed windows).
