Julia helped me tremendously! I was travelling for days and accidentally put in the wrong date for my stay so showed up a day late!!! She still applied the fee to the day I needed with a bit of an extra charge because my old rate was a weekday rate and I showed on the weekend but it was still a discount. I’m very grateful

    The location was very convenient and within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit in Savannah. The theme was great. The hotel was a very pet friendly place. They provided us with a dog treat upon check-in and bowls for food and water for our furry friend.

    This wasn't our first stay and whenever we are back in the area this is where we'll stay. It's pet friendly and that doesn't take away from the cleanliness. One would never know that a pet was in that room. Every dog receives a treat upon check in and the dog are is great. We have a big dog and there's no issue with the dog's weight. We've also seen guests with cats.

    The warm welcome extended to our pets!!! I’ve never been to such a dog friendly hotel. I will return to Kimpton in Savannah and look for the brand in other locations.
