We had a wonderful experience. Everybody was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and snacks a quick check-in process. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

We loved the cute little chalets. The hanging baskets of flowers outside each chalet added to the charm. The small lot and buildings were clean and appealing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest a different name as I think the word motel downgrades a bit. Maybe even just The Chalets.

    We showed up at 8a.m. on the first day of the season and even though check in wasn't till 3p.m. Michelle let us into our room. This place is super pet friendly had our two big dogs with us. Will stay again if we go back to the Black Hills for more adventures!
