Simon and Mina were the perfect hosts, they were very welcoming and they, along with their family, really went of their way to make the stay amazing. The rooms were comfy and clean and the food they made was delicious. The location is also amazing, nestled in the hillside of the village of Dollu, it gave a good sense of village living with some beautiful scenery. We did the Champa Devi Hike which Simon gave us great tips for. Rocky their dog was an added bonus!

The family hotel is a very confortable place to take a deep rest in the nature of Pharping. Not so far from the crowded center of Kathmandou, Pharping seems to be another world! The hotel feels so clean and has an air of relaxation about it. The family showed great hospitality, made delicious food, and we were even lucky to be invited to a dinner party with their friends and family. It was delightful to meet their elder son Sagar, who was also extremely hospitable, was a very interesting partner for conversation, speaks great English, and answered many of our questions and explained many things about Nepal that nobody else was able to explain to us on this trip.

We had lovely stay at this hotel. All the team members were friendly and helpful. Great communication, nice breakfast and coffee on the rooftop. Simple decor, but room and bedding was super clean. They also let us to store some stuff with them while we were trekking. I would stay again! Thank you for everything Aashraya Home.
