A perfectly located apartment. Practically on the beach. 20 minutes walk from the center of the city on an amazing seaside road. Even very closer to the beach. There was a parking space for us, which is vital in Kotor, especially where the apartment is located. Supermarket also in the nearby. The apartment itself is the same as in the photos and the rooms have a great view of the Kotor Bay.

Everything about Villa Milena was amazing! Milena and her daughter Suzanna welcomed us and answered any questions we had. We loved getting to pet her cute dog Cesar! Milena cooked is a delicious dinner (must be booked in advance) and wheel breakfast. We stayed in the villa up at the top of the property and it was phenomenal! The views!!! The pool is amazing as well. We just fell in love with this place and will be back when in Montenegro. FYI-yes, the drive up is a bit scary but just expect a car to always be there every time you turn a corner. Stay on your side and go slow... You'll be fine. We had to pay for room with cash, so be better prepared then we were. Hosts were super accommodating with letting us pay when we got cash out. If you are staying in the villa, there are several flights of stairs that take you up. So, if you have mobility issues, I'd recommend a ground level room.

This place is just perfect! Amazing views, beautiful details throughout, overall one of the best places I've ever stayed. Danilo was really responsive and helpful. We were very happy with his recommendations as well. We'd highly recommend this charming house.

We reserved mountain view room and have been upgraded to sea view one, which was large and comfortable, including also a nice balcony. Breakfast was the best we got in Montenegro. Free buffet, then surprising free menu, siting on a large veranda.

    The apartment is a Little cottage on the hill over Kotor. There is free parking. We can easily comunicate with the Kind owners (they live in the house beside). The apartment is enough big, there is a little garden outside and a little space with chairs ti enjoy the nice view. There are dishwasher, washing machine and a complete kitcken. It is pet friendly (but it needs to pay 10 euros for the dog). Good ratio quality/price.

    Location is excellent. You can sit outside and look at the sea all day long. Also it is in shade for the hottest part of the day, until 2 pm. Beach is steps away. There are few restaurants near by and so are the shops. It is pet friendly, so we could take our dog.
