The staff is a family and was very friendly and responsive to our requests. We were in Lativia to visit our family and do some home maintenance, and the director kindly put us in touch with local technicians. The solid and tasteful breakfast keeps you up and running until late afternoon. The parking is large, the surroundings are green and peaceful, you hardly hear the vehicles on the nearby road.

The property was very clean and specious. Lots to do for couples and families with kids. It had a swimming pool, hot tub, trampoline for the kids and a barbecue. Everything you need for a great stay. The house is much cosier than in the pictures with a beautiful garden, lawn and a guest house included in the price. We'd definitely stay longer , but we had to continue our voyage. The host was very friendly, treated us with berries from their garden and some jam. He advised us also on the local places of interest, which we gladly enjoyed next day.
