This place was absolutely amazing! A spacious house with three beautiful bedrooms, a stunning living room, and a lovely garden – all spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained. The property is a homestay and Mona is an excellent host. We were treated like family and even though we had some difficulty reaching the location she followed our journey and sent someone out to guide us. When we arrived it was late but she still went out of her way to serve us a tasty local dinner and breakfast. The location is very remote and the natural pool with small waterfall on the property is something we enjoyed immensely. Thank you again for your hospitality and highly recommended!

AMAZING STAY. Janaka and his wife are adorable and so hospitable. The place was very peaceful and the views are incredible. Janaka’s wife’s cooking was also nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend and plan to come back one day in the future!

We loved everything about this place! We were only sad we couldn't stay longer. Deer Hill is run by such a welcoming and kind family who were the highlight of our stay. They prepared an exceptional breakfast and dinner for us each day and saw to our every need. They even arranged a van for us to go to Pidarungala Rock and drove us there as a family! 🥹 The rooms and living area at Deer Hill are spacious and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was just lovely. The place is located in such a beautiful environment close to nature, without being too far from the city. It's perfect! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kandy 🩵

We had heard of the famous Sri Lankan hospitality and now we got to experience it first hand. Saminda was a very helpful host and went out of his way to help us , even to the extent of arranging a Tuk-tuk for us. The location of the apartment is just OMG. The views even in May are to die for, with lush greenery all around. Truly a gem of a property.
