After 3 weeks travelling around Sri Lanka this was the best place we stayed. Lovely large room, air conditioning, fridge, hot water and a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. But best of all was the warm welcome from Rathna, Chitra and the family. They really made us feel at home and looked after us. Chitra's breakfasts are amazing, something different everyday, and the dinner we had was delicious and wonderful value. Rathna is really helpful and can organise all of the tours. We stayed 6 nights and had a great time, lovely beaches and river cruises nearby, and I was lucky enough to see the incredible Perahera on the Saturday night! I will be back one day!

A piece of heaven in the countryside of Sri Lanka. The villa is located inside a beautiful garden and just 10 min from the beach. The host will do everything to make you feel at home. I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)

Ample space with lounge area, 2 comfortable beds and a long balcony. Also, spotless with great decoration and crisp bedsheets. 2 AC units, Staff and owners were very helpful. Modern bathroom with shower cubicle and a jacuzzi bathtub. Very clean. A decent new swimming pool. Cooked us delicious dinner which we loved. Hotel overlooking a beautiful river where we watched speed boating, jet skiing and other rides. We also went on boat safari. Stunning views. Very near to Aluthgama Bus Station. We love it. Will go back.

This was in a very quiet area. Kinda away from the busy roads and the rooms are very spacious than what we saw from the pictures very clean and there was a guy named Pradeep who was very helpful and very responsive. We didn’t experienced any issues during our stay.

We had a stay of one night after our stay at the other villa of Shameera. Also this Villa is a great place to be, really fantastic. Once again, the host Shameera is a wonderful guy. He is so kind and polite, he helped with everything. eg giving some really good hints, what to do and what kind of activities are good to join. It was our pleasure to stay in this Villa also and also to meet such a great person like Shameera. Thank you for everything, you have done for us. I had an amazing time at Lila Lodge. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was perfect,,spacious, clean, and the friendly staff made my stay extra special. We booked just one apartment, but there are two apartments with separate kitchens with kitchenette.WiFi was good. It was a simple cosy cottage with all the facilities you need. Working table, small garden, washing machine and modern furniture included.The most important thing is the location.Few steps to the Moragolla beach through a shadow lane with trees.(near the Palms Hotel). The Villa is not much expensive like at beach front. You will feel relax at seascape for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
