Excellent on-site care. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. It has a great atmosphere. We spent our two-week stay exploring northeastern Italy and taking trips to the beach. Hotel is conveniently located. It's a 10-minute drive to the highway and the same to the train station in Portogruaro, where direct trains depart to all major Italian cities like fe. Venice, Padua, Vicenza, and Verona. Road to the beach in Caorle takes 30 min. An 8 min drive away, there is a large shopping center on the outskirts of Portogruaro. The hotel is situated in a charming area, full of nature and tranquility. The nights are quiet, and it's wonderful to sleep with the windows open. We could highly recommend it.

Great localozation between grape fields. Helpfull smiling personel with good English. Big rooms with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Garden outside made for chilling with a book. And best of all 10/10, made by Terre Agricole wines that you can buy there. P.s. We came wit a cat, the place is "animal friendly":)

Beautiful, peaceful B&B in an old manor house renovated with charm and care. Spacious family room, with very good beds/pillows, quiet air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows. The place is JUST PERFECT! I usually dont put 10, but this place is asking for 11 :-) Rooms are perfect, there are TWO bathrooms! beautiful garden, very good wine as welcome ( too bad we didnt buy it to take with us... well, next time) WIFI is great, Secure parking (important for us) beautiful surrounding... great place to work and to relax. THANK YOU!!!

What did we like? What didn't we like!!! It was amazing! Great apartment, huge rooms with plenty of room for the kids and their legos. PERFECTLY clean (first thing we usually do on a vacation is clean the apartment. Not this time! It was spotless! We could walk around barefoot right away! At one point the kids slipped under the beds to hide and we feared the worst, but they came back out without a grain of dust on them🤣), wonderful premises, beautiful decoration. There's really nothing to complain about! Definitely sign up for the great breakfast with homemade baked goods on the terrace! We usually do our own breakfast thing, we're not the hotel kind of people but in this place, we got breakfast every day! The area is great, too. 10min to portogruero ("little venice"), supermarket 3min away, beautiful and clean sandy beaches with sand as fine as powder and about 10km of it in both directions (spiaggia brussa, 15min by car) (if you don't want to be around people you can take a nice 1,8km walk through nature to get to different parts where there's fewer people.). The whole area is less touristy than Bibione and more civilized, if you're trying to get away from that crowded cheap mass tourism of Bibione, this is the area for you. The owner of the place is a wonderful lady who speaks perfect English and she will give you great advice on what to see and where to go.
