    The ladies will understand…I needed a flat iron for my hair. Couldn’t find one anywhere in our travels to Reggio and Sicily. I asked the concierge at Gullo. Not only did she find a place for me to purchase one, she investigated to make sure there was a variety and gave me a hard copy of the directions because for some request because for some reason she was unable to send them to me. Dedication to her job to ensure the customer is always happy. See you again my friends at Gullo!

    Exceptional service minded staff, responding to all questions and needs beyond requests 👌 Nice dinner and wonderful breakfast. Safe storage for the bicycles in the private garage. One of the best hotels visited during our 14 days Italy bike tour from Bologna to Catania Surprised to find such a fresh modern hotel in this location 🥇
