The host, Michela, was very warm and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet her and to correspond with her. It was a very spacious house that felt like visiting a family home. We had all the basics for meals at home. Michela kindly left lots of tea and pasta which was a blessing after a long drive. There is a very nice inner yard. It was an excellent value for the money.

Everything is just perfect, clean, new, elegantly decorated, with all the facilities, and the host Marco i absolutely great. This place was clearly made with love! It's rare to see, but whoever renovated this house did an exceptional job—I’d love to have their contact details! The attention to detail was impressive, with everything perfectly finished, from the wall painting to the choice of bathroom furnishings and lighting. Everything was wonderful—the house was cosy, the bed was comfortable, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth towards dogs was especially heart-warming. Breakfast was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I would love to return, as Udine truly surprised us. What was meant to be just a stopover turned into a delightful experience, thanks to the lovely people and fantastic Italian food!

Catered to our breakfast request. Fresh, homemade delicious pastries, fresh fruit. The owners are a gem. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. Greeted with fragrant Jasmine flowers on the property was also wonderful.

The breakfast was amazing the young lady went above and beyond accommodating our breakfast needs . The staff was super friendly and very informative. The location is superb as is only few steps away from the train station and in the centre of Codroipo. The room was very modern and very well decorated The restaurant is two steps away and the meals were superb.

New hotel with very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Nice terrace and convenient parking in front of the hotel. Very good food in the restaurant if you want to have nice dinner. Pets are allowed in the restaurant. Staff were kind and polite.
