Beautiful Tuscan style villa covered with lots of greenery. Quiet and peaceful. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. You see that people just love what they do and they are passionate about it. You really feel like a guest, not like a customer.

The estate is spectacular, located on small hill, with beautifully restaurated buildings and attention to details. Personnel is well trained, kind and professional. Special kudos to young gentleman who was our waiter for both dinners in the restaurant, for his recommendations for food and wine + effortless communication and service. Everything was simply amazing! The location at the market square of a miniature mountain top Tuscan borgo, with breathtaking views over the valleys below and hills in the distance will make you want to stare for hours on end. Beautiful, stylish rooms, comfortable beds, and NORTHERN EUROPEAN breakfast tastes catered too, so you receive not just a typical Italian biscuit and coffee, but some tasty bread, cheese spread and mortadella too. Max, the owner, is a great host and the lady who helps him running it, who’s name we have unfortunately forgotten, will give you great tips where to go and what to visit. Plus: we were invited to a tratitional annual local community feast La Cena Propiziatoria del Sarapino (held in June) held just below our windows! A Tuscan communal dolce vita at it’s very best! We’ll be back!

The property is just outside the village and has beautiful garden views with a rich history. We enjoyed the afternoon sitting outside at the table and chairs provided. The room itself was comfortable, and the bathroom was bigger than the average en-suite bathroom in Italy. The host was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed our Italian chat. Breakfast was exceptional with a beautiful table setting and one of the best breakfast selections. The restaurant recommendation "Ristorante Perbacco" was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! Gabriela was an exceptionally kind and welcoming host who made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety – from scrambled eggs and bacon to croissants, homemade cookies, and apple pie. The apartment, decorated in charming Tuscan style, had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a dishwasher. The pool is clean, spacious, and surrounded by well-maintained area with loungers and umbrellas. Arezzo is half hour away, Siena an hour, and a little town Monte San Savino is 5 min away, with markets to buy groceries.

This was place absolute perfection. Everything is carefully thought, arranged and designed to provide a delightful experience. We spent there on New Year’s Eve and the hotel had beautiful activities planed, including a great brunch for January 1st. The room smelled amazing, it was super clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Tuscany hills. The owner John was very kind and attentive.
