It was right on the backwater. Great views, so relaxing. Getting there does require you to walk the last 200 metres or call them and they’ll pick you up boat for that bit, if you come by vehicle. It’s on the government boat (ferry) route to so you can catch a boat to and from town for 14 rupees, which is such a lovely relaxing journey. The owner and particularly the hosts were so lovely and accommodating.

The host family was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The breakfast was truly spectacular, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. Additionally, they offered welcome drinks and tea and coffee. They offered us a fantastic backwaters tour that includes a delicious homemade breakfast, a 3-hour boating session, and an amazing lunch. Overall stay was fabulous!!

It's a cute homestay near the lake in a quiet part of town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredible. Jose helped me arrange a fantastic boat tour with tour guide Ani, helped me book bus tickets and figure out onward travel, and set me up in his Auntie's house Dream Homestay which was lovely as well. Highly recommend!
