The breakfast was amazing and so much, filled pancakes, eggs, vegetables, coffee, tea, etc! For 25lari its nearly impossible to get a similar breakfast even in a restaurant. The house itself is very nicely decorated and not common for a Georgian household. The owners are really kind and even gave us some flowers when we left.

Lovely people in a beautiful rural setting. Very convenient, the owners have a shop in the garden. The rooms are at the back of the house with mountain views and enough privacy. There is a herd of chicken located under/next to the appartement, so that does bring an extra rural feeling to your stay. We would have stayed an extra night but the place was already booked.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. One of the true highlights is the beautiful terrace — the view is absolutely breathtaking and creates the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening.
