A nice little town with a great location for the hotel — the train station is very close, so it’s easy to get to places like Lucerne in just 40 minutes. I really liked it; it felt cozy and peaceful. The only thing is, I would have preferred a better breakfast, but that’s just a matter of personal taste. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I have no words to describe how well I was welcomed by the hotel staff. I find myself in a situation when I arrived at the hotel, and the team were amazing in help me with everything. I never expected so much attention, dedication and help, I will be forever grateful for that. Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art.
