    The facility is beautiful and in a great location - near the train station to the town of Rapperswil. The hotel had some issues with the air-conditioning of our original room but they accommodated us in a different room and gave us a meal voucher. Very nice staff.

    Very good hotel to stay, and on my next visit I would stay here, The only catch is that it is located out of the main Zurich locations, so unless you drive reaching this location may be challenging

    It is a great location next to the lake. Great clean room with a nice gym and sauna on site. The free parking was great for a winter time. Friendly stuff and superb breakfast

    Very nice amenities — good restaurant (with a great breakfast buffet), sauna. Room remarkably quiet given the location of the hotel next to a train line and busy street.

    Clean new hotel ideal location for visiting Rappswill and Zurich. Staff couldn't be more friendly. Train station is 10mins walk with direct line to Zurich. nearby shopping centre is plus point. I would be back again

    The location was very nice, right on the lake and the hotel as a whole was pleasant. There was a simple but good continental breakfast included in the price. The staff were very pleasant. The room was big and the bed comfortable.
