It’s a beautiful small new hotel in the middle of a peaceful stunning landscape. The owner and his staff are very friendly and courteous. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Everything fresh right from the garden. The room was very clean and the interior and equipment was great. It was actually one of our best stays in Armenia. We can definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel!

Excellent new place in the center of the city. Clean comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities. very hospitable and polite owner. Great advantage of a place is a seperate place underground for work, movie watching, table tennis playing. Also there is a basketball place, barbecue place and an outdoor bar on the roof! Super recommend to visit

The house owner was really kind and helpfull. He showed us everything, asked if we had any questions, invited us for coffee on our arrival and left the gate open for us when we came back later that night. The room was cheap but we had everything we needed; a fridge and a private bathroom.

The price for the room is good compared to other options in the city. The room was nice, the floor was completely carpeted, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was of good quality. I noticed that attention was paid to small details as well. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. There are plenty of charging points, a mirror in the room and another in the bathroom. The kitchen was literally fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is also great, as it’s close to the Iron Fountain, which is a perfect spot for selfies.
