The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent room. Spotless, well organized, modern, comfortable, new. We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great recommendations on local sites and restaurants.

On-site parking and WiFi are available for free. Everything was clean, the room with the kitchenette beautifully furnished, I have nothing to complain about.

Public parking is available at discounted rates at the Rathausgalerien car park (Adolf-Pichler-Platz 1), just 100 metres away. Various bus stops are in the surroundings, providing for easy access to the train station, the airport and the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus. Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

The hotel very well located, right at the center, has a beautiful view to the mountains, very very clean rooms. The breakfast is nice with many options and good service. The best thing was the service at the reception. I had a problem with my flight and received a lot of help from the staff, who were extremely nice and helpful.

After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.
