Our stay was a very pleasant surprise. We had chosen the hotel because a bandy match was being played not far away. When we mentioned that at the reception, we were immediately offered free ticket AND af transport to the match. A fantastic welcome we hadn't expected.

Very cozy and we got great value for the money. The location was really good, very close to the train/bus station. The personnel was really nice and helpful. It was great having fika and dinner also included, and the food was really good. The room was very spatious and cozy and the bathroom was very new. Overall super happy!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – a great variety, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to one of the staff members (I guess it was Paivi) driven us to the customer office as there was no Taxi available. Thanks to their quick and thoughtful assistance, we were able to get to our customer meeting on time – which made all the difference. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!
