WIFI is very fast. Contrary to previous reviews there is hot water in the shower that works perfectly. Kitchen fully stocked with modern appliances including microwave and full oven and range. The property is fully secured by a large security detail, very very safe here. No sketchy characters about, all the fellow tenants are well to do types.

The host was very accommodating to us. There was a blackout all over iloilo but good thing they have a generator so we were able to use the wifi. They were kind enough to buy a new fan and brought it to us since we could not use the air conditioning.

One of the best units I've rented. The furnishings are simple yet comfortable. A/C is extremely quiet. Just a very good studio apartment and the owner is very responsive to any enquiries. Very happy to return in the future

We enjoyed our honeymoon stay at this place. Everything was clean, all the necessities were provided, the location was very convenient, and the host was very responsive. It was a great location, not over done inside, felt big enough because owner didn't feel need to fill all space with stuff Laundry round corner, coffee bean tea leaf cafe stumbling distance, 7/11 too, friendly concierge staff, enough in the kitchen for quick meals Nice to see some Netflix Great balcony in the storm, great view
