Great location with views over the endless sea and rocks from our room (we had a sea view suit) and not that far from main places of interest of Muscat. Quite large fitness hall with squash and sauna. Quality / price ratio is good compared with a number of other hotels on the beach in Oman.

Another stunning, brand new Mandarin Oriental property! The design is breathtaking, blending traditional Omani patterns with a clean, elegant simplicity. The staff were warm, enthusiastic, and full of energy, though a few of our requests and one food order were mixed up — nothing major, and understandable for a hotel that only opened a year ago. Our room was spectacular: spacious, beautifully detailed, and impeccably maintained by the excellent housekeeping team. We opted for a city and mountain view, which we loved. The location is fantastic — right by the public beach promenade, in a district where many embassies are located and expats tend to live. We rented a car and really appreciated the secure basement parking, which kept the car cool and offered direct lift access to our suite. Overall, a luxurious and memorable stay, with just a few service hiccups that we’re confident will smooth out with time.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is ideal, being very close to the beach, which made it convenient and enjoyable for daily walks and relaxation. The facilities were excellent, particularly the swimming pool and gym, both of which were clean, well-maintained, and added great value to the overall stay. The host was extremely professional, courteous, and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of the visit was smooth and comfortable. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and productive stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed, and conveniently located stay near the beach. I look forward to returning on my next opportunity

It was necessary to be in Oman for a couple of days. Stayed at this hotel. The hotel is new. Everything is straight new. I liked it. I would even stay longer, but I had to fly away. Separately, I would like to note the responsiveness of the hotel owners. They helped on any issue. Even for issues not related to hotel accommodation.
