Lovely big barn with all the amenities you need. Beautiful location with farm animals at your back door. Quiet and peaceful but very close to shopping centre and restaurants. Only 15 mins from centre of Hamilton.

A beautifully renovated home, well laid-out and thoughtfully equipped. It was easy to park in front of the unit. The owners responded rapidly to my requests. The position was ideal for us, with Hamilton gardens nearby, and the glowworm caves and Hobbiton within easy driving distance.

Ann is a delightful and interested host. The Villa is lovely and quite comfortable. We loved the social and generous breakfast, the pool and spa and the beautiful gardens with interesting hideaways around every corner. It was lovely and quiet and just a short drive to town.
