The owner, Mr Wong Ah Han and his staff went beyond the normal hotel protocol to assist us in so many ways. They were extremely helpful and kind of all 14 of us, senior citizens, even going out of their way to look after us so well, especially also helping us to bring heavy luggages to the train station, relieving us of this burden. They also helped to recommend a very good tour and various great local food for us to enjoy. All of us were very grateful to Mr Wong, his family and staff for giving us a very blessed stay and beautiful memories of Gua Musang.

Excellent service. The person in charge is really helpful and the room is complete with all necessary things like mineral water, kettle, fridge, iron, tv. The beds are comfortable and there is hot water as well. Will definitely repeat again.
