Very tasteful home furnishing. Simple and stylish, minimalist. Pleasant colour scheme. Bedding is comfortable. Kitchen equiped with microwave, Coway water system, electric kettle and stove. Sufficient supply of clothes hanger to do our washing. The shower strong water pressue was a plus. Finally, the view of Kelantan River from the living room is awesome at sunset. My family feels comfortably at home staying in the apartment for 4 days.

A perfect size for a couple to stay..we had 3 nights here and just loved it. The pool is such a lovely thing to return to after exploring Kota Bharu. The bed was really comfortable, hot water and powerful shower when needed too. Air con was a godsend as it was very warm when we stayed. Owner was really friendly too and gave us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to see. Even offered to bring us breakfast one morning ❤️ The place is really secure also as there are automatic gates which you have a fob to operate and there is an undercover parking space included too.

I stayed at Larissa Residence Troika for a day, and honestly, I loved everything about it! The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I came for work, the stay felt really relaxing. Definitely a great experience would love to come again!
