United StatesAmazing property. So peaceful and relaxing. Luis(Rex) was very friendly, helpful and resourceful. He recommend us a tour guide for Uxmal and we love this tour because it was very informative. All staff in hotel is friendly and helpful. We wish to stay a couple of days more in this wonderful hotel. A breakfast was amazing!!! Hope we to visit this place in future again.

IsraelWe absolutely loved this place – it truly felt as though a billionaire had entrusted us with his luxurious mansion. Our stay was exceptionally pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the exquisite meals served both in the evening and morning. The staff was very pleasant as well.

UkraineLocation is excellent for exploring Uxmal (you can visit it in the morning while there are no tourists and watch a special night shows when regular tourists leave the place). The hotel itself is a kind of place to explore: authentic, with a lot of history. The staff is very helpful. They helped us with booking very interesting tours around Uxmal, we saw really cool Mayan places with a few / no other tourists there. Thank you!

The pools were nice. Easy parking. Note: When we booked, we thought we were staying at the Hacienda Uxmal Plantation and Museum. We were actually put in the Uxmal Lodge which must be a sister hotel. That was fine, because the Uxmal Lodge is closer to the ruins.
