A very beautiful and clean hotel with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. The staff were truly lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable – especially Bouchra and Lamia, who made everything perfect. The rooms are stylish and cozy, and overall, this hotel is an incredible value – honestly, it feels underpriced for the quality and service you get. I made the mistake of splitting my stay in Marrakech between two hotels, and the difference was night and day. Le Rubis Oriental is easily ten times better than the hotel I switched to – and both were at the same price point. I genuinely regret not staying here the whole time.

At first we were nervous because we’ve never been to Morocco, but we took a taxi straight from the airport to the riad and were immediately greeted with tea from the amazing manger, Rashid. Throughout our stay, he went so much more than above and beyond for us - helping organise taxis, guided trips, breakfast and dinner, a sahara desert tour and so much amazing mint tea. I can say with certainty I would not have fell in love with Morocco as much as I did without the impeccable service and hospitality he provided. The rooms are gorgeous, the rooftop is beautiful and the Riad as a whole is just stunning. While we were a little worried about being a bit far from the city centre of Marrakech (medina), it was the easiest thing to go into town with the help of Rashid. The location is peaceful with a gorgeous view of the stars and surrounding areas tranquil. Thank you so so much for the unforgettable experiences and memories, we hope to come visit again!

Simply exceptional. Just a 25 mns drive from vibrant Marrakech, la Villa offers simple yet great accommodation and surroundings, including a stunning pool in a beautiful garden setting. At the Villa you get the best of both sides, close to Marrakech and far enough to enjoy real calm and peace. Needless to say that I will be back as often as possible. We stayed there on the night of the earthquake that hit the central part of Morocco. As much as the experience was terrifying, we couldn't have been at a better place to got through it. The place was as safe as could be for this type of catastrophe, and most importantly, the owner and staffs who were on site and who could make it to work the next morning were stellar in the way the handled everything. They kept their cool, were reassuring and it was wholesome to witness the way the team cared for each other. A little more on the safety of the place: - the property respects anti-seismic norms, is low built (everything is ground floor), and it is fairly easy to evacuate the rooms. We were sitting on the porche of our room when it hit, and were out of perceived danger (in the middle of the garden) in a few seconds. Were we in bed, the path to evacuate to garden is completely unobstructed. -NOTHING moved inside the rooms, and that includes the decorative elements on the walls or fourniture. I admit that after spending a few hours in the garden and going through a second after-wave sometime in the middle of the night, we were so drained out that we ended going back inside and felt confident the roof was not going to fall on us. Outside of emergency contexts, I recommend the place. It is overall nice and homey, the rooms are cute and neatly kept, and I loved hanging in and around the pool.

I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.

First ever booking in Morocco, but honestly, the one we liked the most after 6 days. Really nice garden, large room, good pool and most of all.. big heart of the owner, who did everything for us in order to feel at home in our first night in this country. We would come again here for sure!
