I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! It is an amazing place with particularly warm and attentive staff, who are keen to fulfil all guests' wishes. They also catered to all our food restrictions individually and we were able to fully enjoy the excellent food. Thank you Stafford team for a wonderful stay in your little paradise!

Everything was perfect. We had a spacious and cozy room with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and very extensive. Moreover, the staff was so great. We felt super welcome there and they took great care of us. We stayed 4 nights and we were the only ones most of the time, which is why we got a better room for a cheaper price. The city centre is a 20min walk away while there are also other restaurants and a supermarket only 10min walk away. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The room was so comfortable and cosy for us to enjoy the space, Sanjaya and his family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home, the home cooked meals were great and made it very convenient for us, We did the tour with Sanjaya around to visit the waterfalls, tea factory and the city centre, I highly recommend this It was a great stay and couldn’t recommend this more for anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya
