From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. The property is very luxurious looking and also feeling. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. They welcomed me with a dessert plate in my room. Food at The Hide restaurant was lovely, 5 star dining.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming the entire duration of our stay. The house is beautiful and the grounds are immaculately kept. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms clean and beds very comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and completely relaxed in the Deerpark Oasis. Would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Nairobi!

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

We loved the quiet oasis & calm sanctuary this provided for our first couple of nights in Nairobi. The bird life in the gardens is incredible. The staff were amazing & we were so happy to see the gates open for us when we arrived very late after a long flight. No fuss; just a welcome & straight to bed.

Bernard and his wife, Jane, have created an oasis in Nairobi. They have thought of everything one needs and have done so in style and comfort. The rooms are stylish and spacious with a quality mattress, bath and shower with serious heat and water pressure. The kitchen is well kitted out for self-catering. The lounge is spacious. Rooms come with a terrace. One can BBQ on a grill. Breakfasts are hearty and generous: great coffee/tea, fresh breads, fresh fruit, pancakes/flapjacks/crumpets, crepes, eggs to order, yoghurts, juices, cereals... To top it off there's space, peace and quiet and a wonderful team that goes out of their way to make one feel at home.

    The Boma Hotel Nairobi had an excellent breakfast. The choice is great, the room looks inside a nice private garden with a fountain. We had a bathtub and additionally a separate shower. That was pleasing. We got an upgrade of the room for free, thank you for that. We had a free and secure parking.

    Great location in the leafy urban area of Karen. Close to the giraffe centre and a mall for shopping and food. We hired a car to get around so these places were close by. Free wifi in the rooms, and dining area. Safe area, space for car parking, and lovely outdoor area to relax in. Staff were friendly, lovely! Breakfast was great too.
