Here you can live inside the village just next to a shrine and hear the bell sounds in the evening. A unique experience. Needless to say it was super clean, comfy with everything you need (a fridge, kitchen and more). The owner is so caring and super friendly! We were greeted warmly by the staff and we felt very welcome. The style of the rooms were very nice and it was very clean and tidy. We especially liked the coffee, and the other local drinks, which were provided. There was a speaker next to the bed and the wifi was very fast. We particularly liked the beds, which were quite big (bigger than we are used to in Japan). We were sad we could only stay for one night but its a great stop when you are cycling the Shimanami Kaido!

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She helped us navigate rental of bikes, gave us good tips about our bike ride, and helped explain the local experience. The place was clean, spacious and had great location right on the beach. Waking up to the water view was amazing.

    Location is great, it's right by the water. We actually were on our bicycles to get there and no problem locating the hotel. There's plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, if you come by car. Facilities are great. We stayed in shared dorm using shared bathroom which is no issue for us at all. Bunk bed is quite comfy and quiet at night. Bathroom is squeaky clean, very very clean! We love everything here and will definitely plan a trip to stay here again!

    The location and available parking was great as a starting point for a ride across the Shiminami Kaido national cycling route. The giant store across the street has jersey's avaialble to purchase as a memento.

    Because it took a while to find the parking lot, the time limit for check-in (19:00) has passed when I arrived, but the owner is very kind and exempted the penalty for the late check-in. Thank you so much.
