The unit is well furnished and very well thought out and provides good personal space for the family. There is also a comfortable study room for personal reading or some work on the computer. The children loved both the attic as well as interacting with the resident goats. It is also easy to get supplies as the local market is right near the foothill leading to the accommodation.

Considering it's the only option in miles you'd expect it to take advantage of that but it was great. The receptionist was very nice and well exceeded my expectations by taking a few of us out a night to see a Okinawa rail. Full laundry facilities and a whole row of vending machines if you get desperate to eat something. The hotel has lots of solid wood fittings and feels like something from the peak real estate Showa-era - very rare anywhere else in Japan and was a pleasure to stay in. It is definitely showing it's age but I would 100% come back.

A gorgeous place. I was so impressed - seems that the owner bought a huge old hotel and renewed it. A lot of common space, really clean. Love the design. Many wooden furniture. Staff was very kind and helped me a lot. There is combini nearby, also a great coffeeshop 宮里菓子店 - very cheap cakes and a great coffee! I wish I could explore this area more.

The hospitality was amazing, they brought us pudding and lemonade in the morning and we forgot our charger in the hotel so the hostess drove 30 minutes to a hike we were planning to hike just to return it to us
