The location, is slightly rural (which we liked), but transport links, supermarket, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Our room is well decorated (as was most of the property), access was simple. The landlords were very, very helpful. The complimentary snacks are a great touch. Breakfast was great, and having access to the kitchen was a bonus.

The room was very clean, the facilities were good, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. The room itself was virtually soundproof: my room was right next to the breakfast room, but you wouldn't think so, as when I was inside my room I couldn't hear a thing! The breakfast was of an incredible quality, and there were gluten-free options on offer, too. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom featured a large shower and a bidet, which was a great touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift from the host, which was a lovely gesture. The host was also fantastic—easy to communicate with, responsive, and very helpful. The location is excellent for exploring Rome, with plenty of shops, cafés, and a metro station nearby. Plus, it’s just a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum, making it easy to immerse yourself in the city’s charm. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Rome! 😊
