This is our second time to stay in this hotel. In Pienza, it is very difficult to find a parking place. But this hotel has a good parking place with enough space and easy access going out and coming in. The room is interesting modern design. The hotel location is just within a few munites walk from the city center, quite easy access, just crossing a street. The hotel staff is polite and kind and helpful. You can enjoy a very comfortable breakfast if it is fine and the temperature allows you at the terrace in a small garden. The breakfast is delicious. In particular, the dried tomato is the best in our experince in Italy. If I stay in Pienza agian, I will return to this hotel.

A fantastic stay. The host, Ana, was remarkably kind and helpful. The breakfast was delectable and made with local, fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the weather and the view while eating breakfast outside. If you're seeking for a site from which to visit towns and villages in the Val D'Orcia, the location was ideal. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. The restroom was incredibly tidy and equipped with everything you would need.

I fell in love with it’s place. it’s perfect all over - from the rooms and the territory, to breathtaking views, cute places to sit and relax and very thoughtful breakfast basket. The owner is super helpful, always there to help and recommend restaurants in Pienza. I definitely want to come back for a much longer stay. Especially since I found out that they have a room with a kitchenette.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. We were visiting due to going to a wedding, there were no taxis available to take us and the owner offered to take us! Breakfast every morning was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard and the grounds and gardens at the property were immaculate. We would 100% stay again if we were ever in the area again.

    Wonderful Hotel! We have spent 2 fantastic days in this gorgeous hotel near the city centre of lovely Pienza. The staff is always smiling and helpful, the room was comfortable and perfectly clean and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant of the hotel was also very good and the underground parking lot came in handy. I hope I'll be able to come back soon!
