Loved our apartment - lovely large comfortable bed, fridge with water, soda, crisps and tea/coffee facilities plus fabulous clean bathroom with amazing shower and a generous walk in wardrobe - own outside area. Lovely pool and outside breakfast area - loved our breakfast too. Parking easy. We would have loved to have stayed longer to truly appreciate our surroundings

A great place! We were there for Cascate del Mulino, like 10min away by car. The suite we had was very nice: clean, spacios, a kitchen with everything you might need, to cook some pasta or else. The thing we enjoyed sooo much was having a moka pot, Coffee and some fette dorate on the table. There is a nice pool and parking space with free access, an amazing view and so much peace. On arrival ,the hot water wasn't working, but the lady owner ( The Mother) managed to get someone to solve the issue, on a late Saturday afternoon. Totally recommend the place and we will be back for sure!

    We had a lovely room with a fireplace which was a treat! Everything was comfortable and good value for money. The location was great, near the hot springs. The staff were very welcoming and especially friendly and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Italy. Parking at the property was easy.

    I did enjoy beautiful views, it is calm place, free canopied parking, lovely breakfast with home-made almond cake, in front of each room little terrace, you can buy home-made olive oil and wine, very close to Saturnia Terme. Wonderful service, helpful.

    Valeria is such a beautiful person and host. Our room was big and had a balcony to sit and look at the amazing views! She has put a lot of love into La Pianaccia and it shows. Valeria I need all your recipes. The eggs were the best I have ever eaten. The cakes were delicious and plenty of options! Parking and having the town nearby was a plus. I would come back here and highly recommend staying here.

    Great location, calm, ideal for relaxation. Huge terrace to enjoy. Super clean house, comfortable and well equipped. Owners kind and offering all needed info, even present fresh vegetable from their garden. Option to park the car on terrace behind the gate. We are traveling and renting a lot, but this is one of top 3 locations ever rented. highly recommended.
