Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The reception staff is excellent and at the checkout they gave us a free gift which was a hand cream from Aqua Di Parma . I appreciate it so much and will comeback one day just because of this beautiful gesture . Tiramisu and drinks at the bar are beyond amazing! Room was perfect and with a city view. Hotel smells great and the amenities are also very nice.

The hotel looks much better than the pictures. Everything about the hotel is amazing. The staff `s service is 10/10. Good location, Amazing rooftop views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and fresh, felt quiet and secure. The kitchen and laundry are well appointed. The management team were lovely, messaged us regularly to see if we needed assistance, and were most helpful. The location was convenient with parking across the road.
