The house was very warm and beautifully decorated. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The shared kitchen had everything you need. The house has two floors with a shared bathroom per floor. There are three to four rooms on each floor. The shared bathroom had everything you need (shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). Towels are also provided for each guest. Even though we arrived late and the restaurant was closing, they welcomed us and served us delicious soup (meat soup and fish soup). The breakfast was also very good. I recommend the accommodation for the friendly atmosphere, the food and the cleanliness.

This is guesthouse with simple room facilities, but it was clean, and most importantly, we managed to see the aurora from our room itself so that was great! It was also worth it to get the mountain facing rooms - the view would have been very different as the other set of rooms face the carpark.

Great location - saw the northern lights and views are very pretty. Room was big and comfy. Heaters worked very well and kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. All in all a perfect stay for us!

The place is stunning, we got the room with the terrace and you can see many of the glacier outlets. Very peacefully place. Self checking very easy. Room, bathroom and showers very clean and bed super comfortable. Really close to Höfn and Vestrahorn, really quiet place to get a good rest. Recommended for sure.
