I highly recommend this property, and I must say that the owner, Mr. Ajay Singh, is an exceptionally kind and gracious host. The service provided is top-notch, with excellent food, convenient pick-up and drop-off arrangements, and more. If you're planning a trip to Katra, I strongly suggest experiencing their home stay facility for yourself. You won't be disappointed

The lobby manager was super thoughtful and helpful. Before I arrived at the hotel, he called to confirm if everything was okay with my journey. And because I was planning to visit Vaishno Devi Temple, one location to pick up registration card is just near them hotel, he even asked the stuff to send me there and take me to the starting point of trekking. Also when I asked for laundry, they gave up my clothes much quicker Then other hotels! The manager was taking care of everything for me. Thanks to him, my stay and visit to temple was perfect.

Hotel was of a high standard and well run and included direct interaction with senior management which we liked. The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters. His intelligence, knowledge, seriousness and above all his humble personality gleans towards RAMADA could do well in beneficially providing him with greater challenges elsewhere in a larger hotel within the group as he has so much more potential to meet such challenges. Our stay at Vivanta Katra has been VERY SPECIAL for many reasons. The surroundings are tranquil and serene. The hotel has a unique ambiance which allows you to soak up the experience of being so close to the sacred Bhavan. Although we travelled alone as a family of four from UK, each staff member went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed, informed, nourished and supported in a very professional manner. Our taxi driver Tarsem helped us with the logistics; Vaishali In reception coordinated everything and ensured that our needs were met, for example interconnecting rooms; Sandeep and the amazing Chef provided a sophisticated & tasty dining experience; we had rejuvenating massage after the yatra from the spa. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and games room. We spent quality family time together and made lots of memories.
