So grateful to the front of house who checked me in. He was a very kind and understanding young man. He rang up to see if there was a room ready so I could be checked in a few hours earlier. Luckily there was and this allowed me be able to shower after my flight and get changed and dressed for a wedding due at 1pm. A godsend really! The accommodation was clean and tidy. And the breakfast was great. The location was perfect on arrival from the airport. Would definitely return again.

Cosy Room is set in Shannon, 19 km from Thomond Park, 20 km from King John's Castle, and 20 km from The Hunt Museum.

Quirky and comfortable. The huts of Beds of Silk are exquisitely equipped and beautifully decorated with a great eye for detail. The space is, of course, smaller than the average hotel room, and the bathroom takes a bit of cautious navigating. But the atmosphere and character of the hut make up for that in spades.

Located in Bunratty and only 3.3 km from Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, The Carriage Houses at Beechpark House provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Very good breakfast—“real” food, hot, prompt, and plentiful. The hosts—Sinead and Shane—thought about our comfort and entertainment and went out of their way to please us. Excellent people with lovely people skills.

The woodlands is one of my favourite hotels. It caters for absolutely everyone. I loved the fire pits on the driveway in, it added a touch of class to the entrance. The petting farm is fabulous for the kids. The hotel itself is so warm and cosy with stunning decorations. Our room was amazing, so spacious and designed beautifully. The staff couldn’t do enough. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely loved the outdoor area, cabins with the stoves, Pizza , burger, coffee and icecream huts and finally the sports bar. Everything amazing.
