Wow! Incredible—what a serene, high touch 2 days we spent here. Highly recommend if you want a taste of unspoilt Bali, a bit off the beaten track, with delicious home style authentic Balinese cuisine. Juli (who grew up in the area) the owner and operator took care of us like we were family, she showed us around, told us all about local culture, and she does wonderful things like adopting local dogs and cats and nursing them back to health, and also supports the local folks. Be aware that it’s a bit hard to get to but if you’re ok with immersing yourself in a riverside natural retreat this is for you. Her staff are 10/10 so nice and sweet and so so helpful—they even drove 20 minutes to pick up my favorite Indonesian dessert that I had trouble finding on my own. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been to Bali many times and this was definitely one of the top places I have stayed. The setting is amazing, beautiful garden, great seating area overlooking the small pool and river. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need to do your own cooking. A five minute walk takes you into Desa Tua where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, tofu and tempe. There is also a mini mart with any other supplies you need. The bedroom/living area is very comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean. The owners have done all they can to make your stay comfortable - things like a small first aid kit, a speaker you can connect your phone to, scissors, a torch - they have thought of almost everything. Wayan is a friendly host and can organise a motorbike - there a few beautiful waterfalls in the area - and can help you with onward transport. The place offers a peacefulness that is getting harder and harder to fins in Bali.

Honestly could not fault this resort in anyway. The staff go above and beyond for you in every way. And the VIEW! Words can’t describe the view from the room, pool and also the secluded rooftop. Highly recommend. Celebrated my birthday and the staff helped my boyfriend make it the best one yet.

Our stay at the Sakti Garden Resort in Ubud was truly delightful. The sophisticated atmosphere made us feel right at home. The resort is brand new and everything is in immaculate condition. The breakfast served at the resort was one of the highlights of our trip, offering a variety of options and top-notch quality. We were so impressed with our experience that we decided to extend our stay for a few more weeks. And last but not least, the staff at the Sakti Garden Resort were not just friendly, they were truly dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible, with their warm and hospitable demeanors shining like a beacon of light in every interaction. Precious place overlooking a rice field. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The food is great. All in all it is a brilliant place, designed to make you feel at home and cared for. We enjoyed everything about our stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming and always super positive and were always available if you need anything. The hotel is situated in a more remote location so it was quiet and relaxing at all times. The views were incredible and the breakfast variations were much appreciated.
