Everything was just perfect. The communication with the owner was nice and pleasent. The studio is clean and cozy, situated near by the center, but at the same time is quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful! I like it very much and I reccomend the place!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. We really appreciated the small surprises – there was cold water and juice for the kids in the fridge, as well as some sweet treats. Highly recommended!

This is a very homely, quirky annexe, with some beautiful handmade decorations and furniture made by the owner. A lot of love has gone into setting this up. It's very spacious, with plenty of room for a family, although both doubles are in the same spacious bedroom. The accommodation is cool and shaded by a large tree, but this does make it a bit dark. There are some great hand made light fittings, made from natural materials to lighten things up. The accommodation is well equipped, and you have just about everything you need for a longer stay, including a washing machine. There is an air conditioner, and for colder weather there is a stove with stove pipe extending through the homemade seating to keep you cosy. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. There is a big fridge freezer, with some salad items provided for us. Outside is a shaded seating area in front of the property where you can watch the world go by, and it has a view of the olive trees and hills beyond. There is the Nestos Gorge and river beach 5 minutes away, which is beautiful, and various activities to try. A lovely sandy beach is about 25 minutes away, east of Keramoti. There are also archaeological sites within 45 minutes. A very friendly family run the property and ate quick to respond, and we met a lovely lady from next door who gave us fruit. All in all, a very relaxed stay - thank you 😊

The house is in a large garden. The host family are really wonderful people. Very reliable, generous, polite people. A child-friendly house. The house is really flawless. The house is completely new and very clean, large, spacious. It is a perfect house for long holidays. You can join beach clubs during the day and Xanthi nights in the evening and have fun. We thank our hosts for everything.

This is a new and modern apartment in a newly built apartment building in the center of the new city of Xanthi. It has modern furnishings, beautiful decoration and provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Its cleanliness is excellent and its bed linens exude a sense of freshness and care. Its bathroom, although small, is spotlessly clean and well-kept. Both the double bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room are satisfactorily comfortable for a restful sleep. In the kitchen, you will find all the household equipment you need for a basic breakfast. Very good soundproofing. Satisfactory underfloor heating with a heat pump and air conditioning in the living room. The street, although centrally located, is quite quiet and safe, even at night. The apartment has underground parking, which is a big advantage because you can't easily park on the streets below or near the apartment building as it is centrally located in the new city of Xanthi. The apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the center of the new city and 8 minutes from the center of the old city, making its location ideal for anyone who wants to explore Xanthi. The owner is very kind and helpful. He suggested that we call him for any information we needed during our stay. I highly recommend staying in this apartment! I will definitely choose it for my next stay in Xanthi!
